Commodity Price Checkers?

I've been using the PTC ("...with Bleach!") over at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to get a feel for what's selling where before I run anything across the ocean these days.
However, I've noticed that the data is often days old, and as I'm on a mac I am unable to update it myself. Does anyone use this site and have any suggestions, or possibly an alternative?
